Ordering

Measuring
- On-site measuring available (fees may apply)
Payment
- Checks, ACH, Visa, MasterCard accepted
- Payment due at delivery or installation (unless arranged)
- 2% fee on credit/debit card transactions
Lead Times & Rush Orders
- Standard lead time: up to 15 business days.
- Assembled products, including Somfy, Kirsch, and Forest systems: 2–5 business days.
- Rush service available: fees begin at 20%
Installation
- Professional installation available for all products
Return Policy
- All returns must be pre-authorized
- Customer responsible for return shipping (unless defect/error on our part)
- Restocking fee: $20 or 25% (whichever is greater)
- Must be in original condition/packaging
- Refunds issued as credit only
- Non-returnable unless defective in craftsmanship
- Defective items replaced with original order
- Adjustments/changes may incur fees

Shipping & Delivery

- All shipments charged at current carrier rates
- Rods over 90” must be spliced or be shipped via freight.
